Spring Presence

Hello everyone,


How has it been going so far this year? Many of you participated in the January Reset. Are you still feeling the benefits or does that feel like a long time ago?


I find that by Springtime many of us have veered from our best laid plans for wellness. Spring has many distractions with summertime approaching, and I often find I need a plan for refocusing, staying present, and letting go of distractions.


Throughout May, I’ll be exploring a period of intentional presence, beginning with the Full Flower Moon in Scorpio on May 1, 2026, at 10:11 a.m. PT. This particular full moon is known for its transformative energy, illuminating hidden truths, subconscious motivations, and shifting power dynamics. Often referred to as a “micromoon,” this lunation encourages us to let go of deep-rooted attachments, embrace renewal, and explore topics we may usually avoid.

Additionally, I’ll be guiding a Juice Fast for those who would like to participate. The fast lasts three days, with a couple of days set aside for preparation. You’re welcome to choose the timing that works best for you. I’ll be preparing on May 5 and 6, with the fast beginning on the evening of May 6. Full days of juicing will follow on May 7 and 8, and we’ll conclude with morning and afternoon juices on May 9, transitioning to a simple dinner that evening. After the fast, it’s important to nourish yourself with wholesome foods—think vegetables, nuts, seeds, soups, salads, and lean proteins—and to eat mindfully, taking your time with each bite for the first few days.


I hope you’ll consider joining in this experience, whether through the weekly offerings or the juice fast, for a time of presence. 


The cost for this offering is a sliding scale - $75-$150. Let me know if you'd like to join and if you'd like the recipes and grocery list for the juice fast. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.


The Spring Presence will be a time for you to increase what brings you into present moment awareness and decrease what creates distraction or pulls you away from your path. Some questions to ask yourself: what are my intentions for myself? where am I getting off track? what would support my health and well-being? what are the toxins in my life right now? what are my daily practices?
