CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Virtual classes ​take place via zoom
Meditation
Monday morning meditation is a great way to start the week by joining others over zoom, in a quiet, contemplative way. Participants will be guided into silence and encouraged to focus on breath or body sensations. Sometimes we do a gentle pranayama practice or explore other meditation styles.

Ashtanga Short Form
Ashtanga Short Form is a traditional shortened Led Ashtanga Class. We will practice sun salutations, standing, and finishing. Some of the postures in the primary series will also be practiced. This will be a shortened, vigorous, fun practice you can do from home.

Yoga Slow Flow + Stretch
Treat yourself to a yoga class with slow flow and yummy stretches that work on all parts of the body. This class is a great complement to your day and life. You will love it.
