Fall Kitchari Cleanse

PAST EVENT

The cleanse is based on the science of Ayurveda and is a great way to nourish yourself. It cleanses your palate and your body from sugar, gluten, dairy, meat, alcohol, and caffeine.  It promotes optimal health and enhances immunity, which is quite helpful before the winter months. I will help with cleanse prep, support during the length of your cleanse, and food re-introduction.
